Another Bru, a Monday evening Bru!

Just now They ( mostly He ) took away the days poop and saved it on the special poop place. It’s a little mountain now 💩😂😁.

After that He got my halter. I was watching him walk up the path and I saw Him get it. I love when He get the halter because I know we are going to do some fun. He put in on me of course and then we walked down to the house. The path has ice and snow but it’s not too terribly slippery so it’s no problem just walking. At the house, She came out with a saddle. They put a thin towel on me for a kinda saddle blanket. They the put the saddle on me and tightened the girth cinch so it wouldn’t fall off.

He told me this is a brand new saddle just for me. I guess it’s gonna be like my hackamore. Special for just me. I love that, it makes me feel special and that He / They feel I’m special. I already know how special I am but it’s nice to know they feel that way too and let me know it.

He said that we are trying out this new saddle they ordered just for me, to see if it fits right.

It felt good to me. After They tightened the girth cinch, we walked up to the round pen so He coukd get on me to see how it feels to both of us with Him sitting in the saddle. As I said, it felt good to me, just a little strange feeling because it is a bit different from my other saddle.

We walked around a little in the round pen to make sure it fits good after being on for a bit.

After that He dismounted and we walked back to the house. He took the saddle off and She took it back in the house. He said that if we didn’t like it we could send it back. I don’t think They will send it back. I want us to USE it!

When the saddle was off, He let me find some grass under the snow. It’s not my favorite but, it’s grass! He didn’t let me eat for long even though I wanted too. He says too much of that grass, this time of year would be bad for me and I would get sick. A bit of green grass this time of year is a treat ( it’s not growing but it is still green under the snow) I can see in His head that He I’d scared of me getting sick. He’s very protective of me. I like that, He takes really good care of me.

Oh yeah , since it was such a nice day, we are all pretty mellow and Moon is out of her area and we are all getting along nicely. We like it when He scoops the poop. He always gives us hay pellet treats to show us how much He loves us. Moon likes to follow Him around and bug Him by begging for treats. She gets in His way but He doesn’t mind. He and Moon are good friends and He really likes her. She is a beautiful horse and she has the most gentle spirit of any horse I’ve ever met.

This has been a nice day.
